Account Executive

This position is to act as an Account Executive for Financial Manager, EcoSys' Business Performance Management software solution. Responsibilities include performing sales activities for strategic accounts, lead generation, and key account management. Though an inside sales role, it will include significant outside sales responsibilities.

Experience with selling enterprise software in industries including IT, Financial Services, Energy, and in the public sector is preferred but not required. More important is the proven ability to effectively generate and close opportunities. We are looking for exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and networking. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions to all levels of an organization. Travel is moderate - ~2 days/week. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Manager of Testing

This is a great opportunity to build a first-rate quality assurance organization for an enterprise-level commercial product used by Fortune 100 clients on a large scale. Candidate will lead the quality assurance effort for Financial Manager™, EcoSys' flagship enterprise software product.
  • Candidate must have experience with testing a web-based commercial product, familiarity with testing methodologies and test automation tools, and be ready to lead and grow our testing team as well as do hands-on work.
  • The scope of responsibility includes authoring functional test plans, performance and scalability testing, test automation, and managing local and remote resources.
  • The application uses a browser front end and runs under WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, and JBoss, using an Oracle or SQL Server database, and is supported on Windows and Linux/Unix.

Java Programmers

EcoSys Management is looking for qualified Java programmers to work on internal and client-facing software projects. Candidates will become skilled in different Java API interfaces and write integration software between project management and financial management systems.

Candidates will possess strong Java and user interface programming skills (such as servlets, JSPs, Struts, Java Beans, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript) as well as hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL. They will demonstrate good judgment, be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and have strong troubleshooting skills.


    Requirements
  • Required: Minimum of two years Java programming and working with relational databases (Oracle and/or SQLServer) - must be comfortable writing SQL.
  • Required: Strong communication, written and inter-personal skills and willing to travel.

    Senior Java Software Engineer/Architect

    We are looking for a seasoned Java, server-side developer with a wealth of experience designing, developing and perfecting server-side systems that are able to process complex business rules, multi-layered transactions and scale to thousands of users. The ideal candidate will be a Java aficionado who can design and build complex object-oriented systems, and has a firm handle on how to solve real-world business needs with elegant, reusable and efficient Java code/architecture. Lastly, the ideal candidate will also have a strong foundation in the science and discipline of structured programming. If you are unsure what a linked list is or might struggle to write a recursive routine, this may not be the position for you

    As a member of the development team, you will primarily be developing server-side Java for a DHTML and AJAX front-end. Your skills and experience must include full life-cycle development, requirements gathering, design, and programming. Only veteran software developers with demonstrated full-lifecycle delivery experience will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with experience developing commercial software products.

    • Required:  Experienced and highly skilled in Java. Candidates with JSP, JavaScript and AJAX experience will be given preference.
