Programs can create and save different versions of budget requests for submissions, and modify versions as required based on OMB pass backs, all in one central location.

Budget Submission and Requests

Financial Manager™ allows program and business managers to publish spend plans for organizational review, and maintains an auditable database of budget requests, from OMB submission through congressional authorization and appropriation, to final allocations from agency to the individual programs. Managers plan expenditures using web-based spreadsheets, forecasting by program, project, Budget Line Item, Color of Money and/or Fund Code, recording data by year, month, or by transaction. Where detailed project plans exist, users benefit from Financial Manager's™ seamless integration with Primavera® and MS-Project.
