Physicians Mutual Insurance implemented EcoSys Financial Manager for better IT budget management, reconciliation of top-down budgets with bottom-up project forecasts, formal financial period closeouts, and a strong audit trail.

EcoSys supported USACE's global implementation of a project portfolio management system, leading process definition, software implementation consulting, and training. EcoSys also assisted the Corps in integrating Primavera, Oracle Financials, and a proprietary financial system.

EcoSys supported United Utilities' enterprise program and project management implementation.

EcoSys led the implementation of Primavera within the new product delivery services group of a global wireless telecom company. EcoSys led development of project management procedures, workflow, and product development methodologies, built customized executive reporting dashboards, and developed and delivered customized role-based trainings.

EcoSys consultants guided the implementation of Primavera for CGEY, converting data from Microsoft Project to Primavera, defining processes and training users in procedures for portfolio management, approval of timesheets, resource management and scheduling.
