TeamPlay Implementation

EcoSys provided a TeamPlay implementation specialist at the outset of CGEY's rollout of TeamPlay. They assisted the CGEY core group in every step of their internal implementation of TeamPlay. This included:

• Formal training of TeamPlay tool suite
• An in-depth knowledge of TeamPlay for their design and rollout strategy including administration facilities, security, activity and duration types, WBS, OBS, RBS and timesheet tool rollover process
• The building of custom SQL scripts, and multiple custom programs to convert MS-Project data into the tool as well as move over timesheet data to the TeamPlay data structures from their existing timesheet tools
• Ongoing ad-hoc training in TeamPlay Project Manager, Portfolio Analyst, Methodology Manager and TeamPlayer as needed during the implentation effort.

CGEY project managers were trained in TeamPlay, their data was migrated from MS Project to TeamPlay and they were up and working in TeamPlay in four months.
